In collaboration with our network physicians and providers.  PacificSource is committed to improving the quality of care provided to our members.  Our data collection effort for the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Healthcare Effectiveness Data Information set (HEDIS) 2017 Clinical Effectiveness of Care measures is one way we strive to accomplish this goal.  

We have contracted with Optum to conduct a medical record review on our behalf.  Optum has entered into a Business Associate Agreement with us and as such, is bound by applicable federal and state privacy and confidentiality requirements in conducting this activity on our behalf.

Important Change:  Optum has engaged the services of a new retrieval partner, ArroHealth, for retrieval of medical records.  Optum has also required ArroHealth to comply with all applicable federal and state privacy and confidentiality requirements.

An ArroHealth representative will contact your office to make arrangements for medical record retrieval.  Depending on these arrangements, records will be sent to ArroHealth using one of the following methods:

• Secure Fax
• Onsite Collection of records by an ArroHealth technician call 855-651-1877
• Provider Portal Upload the medical records images to ArroHealth
• Mail
