Holding claims for pricing based on October 2018 IPPS release

CMS is placing a claims payment hold on all Inpatient and Long Term Care claims with discharge dates 10/1/18-10/22/18 while an update is being made to the IPPS and LTACH pricer. Once verification has been made of correct reimbursement on claims with these dates, and our pricing has been released by CMS, PacificSource will resume these payments.
