The State of Oregon is working on a reclamation project for Oregon specific to our dual members to ensure that all claims have been processed properly. The outcome of this project will identify claims billed only to the CCO and not to Medicare for dual members. Regardless of whether  the services are covered by Medicare, these identified claims will be reprocessed and will result in a new EOP issued from both the Medicare contractor and the CCO.
