Request Sales Materials

To order Medicare sales materials please follow the instructions below:

1. Log in to the order site
   • Order PacificSource Medicare Sales Materials
   • Enter your username
     • This is your full email address
   • Enter your password
     • If you have forgotten your password, click: "Forgot Password?" and instructions will be emailed to you.
     • If you do not receive an email with instructions on resetting your password within one minute, it means you are not registered on the order system. In that case, please email MedicareBrokerServices@pacificsource.com. and our service team we will get you registered.
2. Click on the ""Medicare Sales Materials" icon
3. Navigate to the icon for the service area and materials you wish to order (ex. full sales kit and/or brochure only) and click "Add to Cart"
4. Enter the quantity desired
5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 if you wish to order other materials
6. Click on "Cart" and follow the instructions to check out
