InTouch + PacificSource MyChart for Members
InTouch for Members is your secure member portal for managing your PacificSource health plan. Log in to InTouch to:
- View your benefit details, such as copays and out-of-pocket totals
- Find a provider or pharmacy
- Pay your premium
- Access your ID card and plan documents
- Update your address and contact preferences
- Access CVS Pharmacy®
Once you're signed in to InTouch, select MyChart from the main menu. In MyChart, you can:
- Message PacificSource Care Management and Appeals & Grievances teams
- Complete health questionnaires and assessments
- Read letters and notices about care management, appeals and grievances, and medical and pharmacy authorizations
InTouch for Agents
InTouch for Agents is our secure website for our Medicare-appointed agents. Through InTouch, you can:
- Submit new enrollment applications with your name attached as the agent-of-record
- Check the status of applications previously submitted online
- Obtain your own unique enrollment link to give to prospective clients that will attach you as the agent-of-record for applications they submit online
InTouch for Providers
InTouch for Providers is our secure website for providers. Through InTouch, you can:
- Access claims
- Request and check the status of preauthorizations
- View member benefit information
