For RHC’s and FQHC’s CMS is allowing payment of General Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) and psychiatric collaborative care model (CoCM).  To allow for payment to RHC’s and FQHCs CMS has established two G codes G0511 for General Care and G0512 for psychiatric CoCM which can be billed either alone or with other services on the RHC/FQHC claim.  This will be reimbursed from the 2018 physician fee schedule and replaces 99490.
