Effective January 1, 2020 Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) will put into effect a new classification model for Home Health facilities (HH).  The Patient Driven Grouping Model (PDGM) will be used for Medicare Part A fee for service. 

PacificSource Medicare Advantage will be following CMS guidelines and will begin reimbursing providers on the PDGM model effective January 1, 2020. Please bill PacificSource as you would original Medicare.
