Beginning January 1, 2022, CMS has changed processes for Home Health services, requiring the submission of a NOA (Notice of Admission) within 5 days of the start of care and guidelines for beneficiaries whose care will carry over from 2021. This replaces their RAP submission requirement. PacificSource will follow CMS guidelines for claims submission and payment.
