PacificSource has recently been made aware that spam calls coming from SPH Analytics are being made to our providers requesting chart review for an audit they are conducting.  Please be aware that SPH Analytics only conducts Access To Care surveys on behalf of PacificSource.

If you receive a call from SPH Analytics and it is for anything other than an Access To Care survey, please do not answer and  reach out to your Provider Service Representative.
